So I have looked for this in my entity thing and I can't find it. Can someone please explain to me why I can't find it or where I can? Thanks.

Well, I can't explain why you can't find it, but it's a point entity. So click the little entity icon on the left side of the Hammer window, and select it from the drop down menu titled "Objects" on the right side.

I still couldn't find it. Is there any information that I have to put into the teleport location to make the destination appear?

No. It should be in your entity list. You are working with the halflife.fgd or spirit.fgd aren't you? I'm not sure if it appears in Cstrike or anything like that?

I fixed the problem, I just use info_target instead, works the same.
