when i compile this is all i get in the window. anyone know why?

It looks like your parameters are looking somewhere else besides the steam destination.
Which mod are you mapping for, and what parameters do you have typed in when you compile (f9)?

Yeah, looks like you haven't set Hammer up for compiling.
Judging by the .map extension on the map name, you're mapping for GoldSource, not Source. I believe there's a Hammer setup guide here, in the tutorials section.
