Yeah i work from 6:00am til 2:30 everyday now. (not weekends) And then i come home, shower, play guitar, go out or whatever.. i barely map 4 hours a week now. Plus i've actually lost 7 pounds in the last 3 weeks because i've been riding my bike to work. 3 cheers for a small town.
