How to see your fps while in any hl1 / hl2 map.

Dunno about Source, but for HL1 type "r_speeds 1" at the console.

EDIT: Unless that's only for the old WON version...

I'v got a theory witch might work but i didnt know how to see the fps thing so i asked.
