Error: Bad surface extents

and i cant find that that face, i have tryed the "Check for problems" feature and it found nothing, i wonder if someone could help me fix this, you need NS.wad and NS2.wad (Natural selection wads)

Go to the site Anthony recommended and see what it says.

Search for Bad Surface Extents.

This is typically caused by having extremely large scales on faces, (typically "stretching" far above 10, usually 100+). Otherwise it almost always shows up on a 'check for problems' in Worldcraft as a 'texture axis perpendicular to face' error.
If you are using a newer version of Zoner's compile tools, the name of the texture, what # brush/# entity is involved, the coordinates of the problem face, and the amount of scaling should all be listed to make it easier to find and fix.
But i cant see the Brush number, and i have the Zoners from December 9, 2002 :

Use the 'Go to Brush Number' tool as well as the 'Check for Problems' one.
I have version 2.53 of Zoner's tools. I think it is the latest version. I could be wrong though.

Zoner's Half-Life Compilation Tools 2.5.3, CUSTOM BUILD 1.7
and i cant see the brush number, just the face :
and like 100% of the maps wall is textured with that :)
the check for problems thingey doesnt find anything wrong..

are there any tool to find faces after numbers?

What you could do is use the texture replace tool and replace the 'bad' texture with a 'crete' one. This is indeed a crude method but useful especially if the 'bad' texture is in those 'hard to reach' places!
