I don't know much about where to find CS resources myself, but there are plenty of people here who are into CS and can help you.

Actually, they usually are pretty hard to understand... for example, I don't really get what "cs 1.6 real weapons" are. Maybe he wants more realistic weapon models? Those can be found at FPSBANANA very easily.

The specific models that you were asking for probably don't exist. Star Wars isn't exactly a common theme for Half-Life/Counter-Strike maps, especially considering that even simple prop models are very hard to come by. I don't know what combine model you're referring to either, so I can't help there.

(assuming skins are just retextured models)
