Yes , I'm back. But I'm gunna get a new account since the name definately doesn't suit me.

Anyway , I've tried a million programs , But I don't understand atall how to use them.
Since XSI is really the only one since that handles bones etc. I'd have to use it. But it's hard.
Tutorials for " Making a house " or "make a car " is crap. I really don't want to make either , and they don't help me.

I want to start to model due to the fact that Gmod lacks rollercoaster models. And Obivously , I wanna make some.

1. How do I use XSI?
2. When I've made it , How do I export it to Hl2 format and materials , weight etc.

I'd like some help , and I'd really , Really appreciate it.
Oh , I've used solidworks before so does that help?

There are tutorials on HSI all over the internets, and some even here on TWHL.

I'd suggest startin with this one, as I did:

This one teaches you the basics of weapon modelling, and after this tutorial I could model pretty much every weapon that I wanted.
These talants can be used while modelling other things too.

However, the reason I didn't release any models was because of the compile which for me was fucked due to steam issues.
There is a tutorial on compiling props on TWHL, go get it.

Mr.Good Map - imho best,fast & easy way to lern 2D/3D -video tutorials. For XSI/Zbrush i can recommend buy videos from Digital tutors or pirate it from p2p (e-mule).
