About a month ago, my golden retriever/chow-chow mix gave birth to an astounding 9 puppies! Now, I know that it's not a world record, far from it, but it is still something. I uploaded a few high res photos and a 3 minute video in QuickTime format of one of her feeding the puppies moments, you can check it out here: http://www.virtualhl.info/FreaskyPups.htm

so, you gonna kill em?
Posted 16 years ago2008-04-25 22:53:55 UTC Post #249171
Why kill them, when I can sell them and make a nice buck on the side. I do like the black one, so i might keep him.
Posted 16 years ago2008-04-25 23:05:27 UTC Post #249172
my cat owns them all.
Posted 16 years ago2008-04-25 23:21:01 UTC Post #249173
Your cat owning the puppies? I don't think so. The mother of the puppies, "Freasky" has already killed two cats, and that was before she gave birth! Now, with her motherly instincts at full alert, she has a very vicious attitude to anybody she does not know, especially cats.

If you suggest killing dogs, you shouldn't have cats. User posted image

my cat is actually a jaguar.

I would like to see your dog kill that with her motherly instincts!

A jaguar,....Really? If so, post a photo of it, with you and the jaguar together.

Sell them to a chinese restaraunt so they can cook up some mean "beef" with brocolli. Use your earning to buy yourself a plate.
Win win.

I like both cats and dogs, but cats are still better, it's just the truth. Depends on the breed of dog/cat though ;o

Nice puppies!

Where are you going to sell them? McDonals?
Posted 16 years ago2008-04-26 23:01:42 UTC Post #249226
Well, since I live in Puerto Rico, I was thinking about using them as bait when next time I go deep sea bass fishing. Who knows, with that kind of live bait, I could get myself a sword fish or even a shark!

he was dyed pink, and I was ashamed to show a real photo of me and him because he looks too playful.

rest assured both organisms in the photo are me and my jaguar, just not from the same photo.

who's smart-ass idea was it to dye him pink? he was getting awfully big, i don't think you'd want to piss him off.

To Arcan:

Normally, the puppy's mother would never be chained up during her feeding of the pups, in fact, she hardly ever is chained up at all, most of the time she's loose. But the thing is, while my brother was taking the pictures of her and the puppies, I had some visitors show up at the house, and since she does not know them at all, she would have attacked them out of jealousy for her puppies. So, to prevent a dog bite problem from happening, I had no choice but to chain her up. But the chain came off as soon as my visitors left.

To Kraken:

Hey, when you had your jaguar dyed pink, did you get in trouble with the law? The reason I ask, is because a few months ago, I saw this news report on TV about this lady that got slapped with a $1000 fine from the city that she lives in for dyeing her dog pink also. And I also heard that in New York City anybody caught with color dyed chicks or ducklings all because of the Easter holidays, will also get a big fine.

no, I didn't get any fines, because the jaguar is strictly limited in freedom, nobody can know we have it, it's not even registered.

Yo Unbreakable, nice dragon sketch!

And since you brought up dragons, checkout these pictures of this 3D red dragon in vrml format that I sometimes use as my avatar in the Half-Life 3D chat worlds on one of my websites:

And here are screen captures of the 3D dragon in action as my avatar as I am flying around in one of the vrml scenes. This vrml scene here happens to be one of Rimrook's maps, the one called "Sunden", which I converted to vrml and is now on my site (with permission from Rimrook!):

So that's what a pink jaguar looks like....nice. Very unique and cute in it's own way. Now, I did some digging and it seem that jaguars are native to South America, found mostly in the Amazon jungle. There are not too many of them since they are always hunted down by the locals for it's fur and meat. Even more rare are the all black ones.

To Unbreakable:
If you do checkout my site, and if you are using Firefox, you will need to switch over to Internet Explorer for the time being. Until the there is an update to the ABNet multi-user client to make it compatible to Firefox, I am afraid only it will work with Internet Explorer. www.virtualhl.info

LOL PHOTOSHOP.

Spots on face are different to your first picture, and the EXIF data for your 2nd one says it's been saved with photoshop.

Obvious lie is obvious.

To m0p:

What can I say about your observations.............WHAT!!!

Your findings are interesting indeed. But, for the sake of not making enemies so soon just after joining TWHL3 about 3 weeks ago, I think I am going to take the "5th" on this one and not go "THERE". This is between you and Kraken (and maybe his jaguar too if it exists). I would very much like to either back you up on your opinion or dismiss it all together, but the truth is, I am no digital graphics expert. Heck, I don't even have Photoshop at all and never used it. The only graphics editor I have and use is an old version 7 copy of Paint Shop Pro.

Kraken's pink jaguar score so far:

Believers = 1 (Rimrook)

Non-believers = 2 (m0p, Penguinboy)

Neutral = 1 (me)

So far, it's not looking good for Kraken......

I don't lie, the reason it's photoshopped is because my jaguar said he wanted me to fix up some blemishes before posting any pictures of him.
Posted 16 years ago2008-04-30 10:27:45 UTC Post #249431
"Because my jaguar said...."
You know Kraken, a comment like that is not helping your case. All it is doing is giving more ammunition to your detractors. When I had the puppy pictures taken, I also made sure to include a short video clip to compliment the photos. I strongly suggest you do the same. See if you can take a two or three minute video clip of your pink jaguar, and if possible, have somebody else take the video of you petting the jaguar. It does not have to be a fancy high definition video, a regular digital camera or cell phone video of decent quality will do.
