Rounds have to end for the map to change. TF2 doesn't switch maps when the time runs out, but rather, when the round ends after time runs out.

Added mp_maxrounds, along with a few extra thingies - so it should work now.

The server's had some serious performance issues, for which I've flamed the provider's Tech Support multiple times with no real answer. Though upon joining the server today, it seems as though the lag/other problems are gone.
.. so if anyone were to be so kind and simply join the server to see if the problem's still there for them, I'd apply the apropriate measures and have it fixed for good.
Also, mapchange and other nitpicks are now fixed too.
