Does Steam work with Vista 64?

If so, is there a different version of Steam that I have to download for Vista 64?

Works just fine, as does all (?) other 32-bit applications. =)

Not the Palm Desktop. It doesn't hot-sync anymore with my Sony Clie.

So CPUID works also with Vista 64?

Not all 32-bit but most. I've only had a couple things not work but i can't think of any right now. Well besides Zone Alarm...

edit: just checked zone alarm and it says version 7.1 supports vista so it'll probably work in x64 too. (trying now) There used to be a x64 beta of zone alarm but it's no longer available.
