Who here has seen the show entitled Penn & Teller: Bulls**t! (ironically my picture)? If you have, have you got any opinions on it worth sharing? Personally, I think it's a great show, but thats imao.

I downloaded most of their shows and watched probably 90% of what they've come out with. Good show.

Not sure how accurate it is, or if there's a bias or not, but I don't really care. It's entertainment and I take it as such.

I still recommend it to anyone looking for some time wasters / just a show to keep with.

(Of course, if it's that case, just watch Lost.)

I've seen some of it. I stopped giving a shit about whatever points they were trying to make when I realised how much I hate them both.

I've only seen bits and pieces on Youtube, but what I saw was entertaining.
In a way, their show reminds me of Michael Moore's work in that it gets you thinking, but it isn't really consistent.

Although libertarians are usually annoying and stuck up pricks who haven't thought their opinions through properly, these two actually make some good points. Sometimes. Especially if you already agree with them, they're good fun. But in general, they're pretty crass.

i dont think the idea of them was ever to become converted by them as soon as they say something (even if that was their intention). the evidence they produce may not always be solid, but the way i see it, the points they raise are really to make me think about the subject, and consider if what seems to be mainstream thought is really the way things are.

admittedly, the fact im a general sceptic, athiest and am generally indifferent to politics probably helped my liking of the show. :D
