hello i am using spirit 15a4 and looks like i can go trough the model :OO
i have checked "solid" flag

Models are never solid, not even in Spirit afaik. You'll have to cover its area with a CLIP brush or an invisible func_wall (render mode: solid; fx amt.: 0) if you want it to stop bullets.
