I think everyone with Internet or a TV or radio have heard of that. Never heard of the marijuana though.

Man, I'd love to see the jackasses who spend their time listening to music backwards looking for subliminal messages. Bill Hicks had a few great jokes about those people.

As for the music, both of the "messages" are fairly inaudible backwards and could be interpreted in virtually any way possible. Give it another listen and make sure you're not hearing "it's smart to stroke your banana".

Stairway to Heaven in reverse is funny, it really does sound like it's implied text, but the amount of bullcrap people still pull from it is hilarious.

The only cool reversed song I've heard is, as Strider said, Stairway to Heaven. It sounds real, most other are just attempts to find something that isn't there.

I just realised that trying to speak reversely in English is almost impossible for me, while I can do it perfectly in Romanian. There are few words that I can pronounce in English, and that is only after I did it in audacity to hear how it would sound.

Isn't Romanian your native language? Hey, at least you can speak backwards at all.

There are loads of these songs, most of them are really far fetched, and some of them are obviously just recorded backwards on purpose.
