When do you celebrate Easter? Here it's celebrated on a Saturday (2 hours ago). I'm guessing it's like Christmas which in northern and central Europe is celebrated on the 24th.

Its tomorrow. We here in Farawayistan, we celebrate it on Sunday mostly for the underlining religious reasons.

How on earth can you possibly celebrate Easter on a Saturday? It's very existence is based on the story of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. He was put to death on Friday (Good Friday, a day of suffering for Catholics) and rose again on Sunday (Easter Sunday, a day of celebration and gift giving). Celebrating on Saturday, sometime in between those two events, is just beyond ridiculous.

I don't know what are you guys talking about. We, Orthodoxes(don't know the plural, it's what Firefox suggested :D), celebrate Easter Sunday. It's just that we go around the church 3 times Saturday night, but even that is Sunday because it's starting at 00:00.
