Looking for a game application that you can start up, then you'll have acess to all the games you have installed.. so kinda like steam

but Just wondering of a game launcher that will come up, then depending on game you select, the game artwork (that you create) will pop up, then it would say "play game?".. then you'd click that and then that game would start to run..

Basically why this would be great is because I got some roomates and when their playing a game they can just open the game laucher, then browse through the games on my system..

argh hard to explain..

But do you guys have any suggestions?

I use Steam.

Maybe you could code one yourself? It shouldn't be too hard, but of course, time-consuming.

No, straightforward and user friendly would be a program that will allow you to sort games based on genre, esrb ratings, years, size, and AFAIK a folder will not give you have those options.

If you go into detail view, you can add all those feilds and then sort by them.

Just use steam and add 'Non-Steam Games'

That's just as useful as adding a shortcut to your desktop, which chances are you have in the first bloody place.
