It's not as good as another supposed map so he rates it five stars. For fucks sake.

He doesn't rate it 5 stars because it's not as good as another (five-star) map, he rates it 5 stars because he thinks it's worthy of 5 stars. A 5-star map isn't better than all other maps or as good as every other 5-star map, it's just very, very good.
