@Huntey: Cool. Is she a model or somebody you actually know. Also, that's an epic setup. And Family Guy FTW. Also: Why does her body repeat in some places?

@X-LAyer: Need glasses much? Seriously, why the big icons?

Google Seven-of-Nine ;)
Why does her body repeat in some places
Phone has 3 desktop 'sectors' from left to right. The image doesn't go the entire distance when you change sector. You only notice it repeating when all 3 sectors are screenshotted and put side by side, as they are in this very thread.

Really love that keyboard, Unbreakable, and you have a much neater multi-monitor setup than me. Are those 16:10 ratio?

Posted 13 years ago2011-06-01 19:03:43 UTC Post #295122
Yep 16:10
What ratio is yours?
The pixel width and hieght confuses me.. :)

And the keyboard and mouse sometimes cut out, in which case I'd have to unplug the usb and replug them in... kinda a nuisance. but yes they do look cool.

Also X-Layer... whats with the HL:MV icon.. You do know my name is Mike Verret right?

Huntee: nice pic of seven on your phone; glad to see there are still trek nerds out there... =) What is that steam app? (searches app market)

UNB: is that a predator alien on your desk?! =)

Both my virtual desktop and my actual desk are way too messy to post. Cleaning sucks, both virtually and IRL.

I don't think the "Virtual and real life desktop" situation is translating well to the members.
Not that it's necessary, but seriously, Archie and Unbreakable are the only hard members here? Come on.

I'll post mine, if I ever get off my ass and clean my real life desktop.

As for my virtual one, while I do have a "smart"-phone, I know of no way to take a screen cap of it as it's not an Android, WP7, iOS, BBOS or Symbian device.

Tomorrow I'll have my new computer, complete with widescreen, and I'll be making the switch to windows 7. I'll be duel-monitoring with a 4:3 19" screen too. So I'm gonna find meh a sweet new widescreen background in preparation! Well, maybe after dinner!

Disc is on a CD case which suggests I'm wrong, but is it the new Coen version of True Grit?

It's definitely not True Grit, lol.

It's a white dude and a black dude, that's about all I can tell. Reminds me of the TV Show Psych but I know that has nothing to do with it. It's probably a music CD, although maybe not, because it almost looks like it's sitting ON the case, not in it.

Only of cigars, on the right occasion.

Made it myself!
It's a white dude and a black dude
Both white.

Bravo on the enhance, but it's not True Grit. Hint: It's comedy, and it's British.

So it'll be A Bit of Fry & Laurie or Jeeves and Wooster or something.

One on the left definitely looks like a young Stephen Fry.

Perhaps I should have remembered we have a child in our midst. :
Dimbark, she is wearing a shirt, just a skin-coloured one. And those aren't nipples, they're salami she carelessly dropped while eating a sandwich.
There. All fixed.
