^^^^^^^ The only people I'm legitimately an ass to is Dimbark, and worldcreator/eater/whatever the fuck his face is. Ones stupid, and the others an ass. Anyways, anyone mess with console? I'm having fun with setscale, made a huge mudcrab, sadly only makes the view model bigger, not the collision model and health, would be epic, just a huge mudcrab fucking things up.

People mature at different rates. He's a lot more "grown up" than I was when I was 12. Not that that means much.

So, just as I thought this game could not get anymore awesome... my bow. MY BOW.

Ok, so not entirely my bow. I took it from a fallen Forlorn bandit from some fort when I noticed the damage stat was +1 higher than my hunting bow. A few hours later, I found a smithy and found that I could enhance it using a steel ingot. This took the damage from 16 to 21. I then looked into enhanting and disenchanted one of the axes I was carrying around but didn't use anymore. I then enchanted the bow with it using a gemstone (I forget which) and it now adds an additional 22 frost damage.

Then... what's this? "Name your weaspon?"... FUCK YES

So yeah, I have the unique weapon "Death's Touch Bow" which you guys can never have because it's mine. :P

That and I'm getting pretty good with it means that I can now stealth snipe most human / undead enemies and get a 1 hit kill.

Yeah, the game is awesome like that. I built and enchanted a bunch of junk just to increase my skills so I can get really good at it. It's really nice how Bethesda lets you build your own extremely powerful gear from scratch, as long as you have the right skills and materials. I hope to one day have a massive enchantment score, so I can enchant my gear and not make it something crappy like I did with my ebony bow. (Still the best bow I've come across, and it's better than a standard one, but not by much)

I was imprisoned for a crime I didn't commit. (again) What happened was, I walked into town, saw a murder, began to investigate, then the town guards framed me for another murder they did, and tossed me in prison. This was not a nice prison, with beds. This was a work-but-not-release prison. I broke out. I got my stuff, and got the hell out of town, and I'm probably not going to that nice-architectured hellhole ever again.

I'm getting a lot of constant freezing as I enter the open world area. about every 10 seconds or so the game would freeze for two more and then go back to normal, no frame-rate drops though. Only happens in the open world, not sure of the problem, the only thing I can think of is Skyrim has some weird way of drawing objects onto the screen and everytime it draws some new ones my game freezes.

In other news, I've been making mods and re-textures for Skyrim lately, here's the most popular one I've made:

Skals: I've been having the same problem but a lot bit less frequently. You're actually the first person I've seen who shares it. I think it may happen when the game loads a new cell (when you get close to it) but I can't think of why it would freeze the game, it never did that on the old engine.

I've been running around the countryside like an idiot. I have two stories for you.

On the road, I came across a guy with a cow that had paint on it. He said it was an annual sacrafice to the trolls so they would leave the humans alone. I wacked it with a hammer and it went running. XD

Also, I was told that these guys want a redguard woman or something. I found her and she convinced me she was the victim and that I needed to kill their leader, so I went in and he bartered and said that she was guilty of treason and that I can lead her to the horse and he'll capture here. I took her to the horse, but at last second, killed the leader, took his money, recieved the money from the woman, then killed her.

Ah thats nothing. Wait till you get the perk further along called "Assassin". 15x sneak damage with a dagger, working out for about 30x damage dual-wielding.

Thats about twice the damage you would get sneak attacking with dual-wield one handed swords, axes etc.

I do. But he's not as bad as one of my friends, me and my friend went to the eurogamer expo earlier this year and we played Skyrim beta there, the first thing he did was grab his destruction spell and try to burn all the little children to death. There were people looking at his screen shouting oh my god what the hell are you doing? Because there was a long line there.

If you think that's bad in MW2 in no Russian mission he searched the entire airport for this little girl hiding with her Teddie bear then found her walked up to her and just went BANG!

Full Ebony armor, made from scratch. At the Skyforge. All of it at Legendary quality, and enchanted. Add to that a full upgrade to the second Ebony bow I found, and a better fire enchantment than the first one for it, and, voila if I can get a clear shot at something bear-size or smaller at a distance, I can probably kill it pretty quickly using any kind of arrow. And if it gets close, I'm definitely covered as well.

So yeah, I'm feeling pretty good about myself.

Well, I got at least part of that, I used grand soul gems. Maybe if my enchantment and blacksmith skills increase enough before the end of the game I'll reforge a new set of armor, perhaps dragon scale. But in my book, Ebony armor is pretty cool.

I feel kinda bad. The guy at the Sky Forge gave me a nice new Sky forge Steel Blade. He boasted about the fact he has worked the Sky forge for 15 years. i then pushed him aside and fixed it up myself using his tools, doubling the damage. Just turned my back on him and walked away. Pfft, amateurs.

Use tcl to toggle collision and get past those barriers. (Which I have yet to encounter) Don't blame me if there's not much past them.

Also, 64 ingame days in, killed over 640 people, over 600 animals. Only 300 or so undead. And apparently I murdered 40 people. I guess killing Thalmor counts as murder.

In Oblivion it was possible to cross the border into Skyrim. You could ride a good 10 minutes into it before things started getting weird and finally you would fall through the floor into the infinite void.

Just a load of snow and trees, the just a load of snow, then just flat untextured geometry. Strange.

Ah yes, for realistic purposes they add mountain ranged and trees behind the invisible walls just to make it appear like there is actually something there, but when you go past the horizon there is probably nothing there at all. Why would there be? It would be a waste of development time and game performance.

Ahaha yeah, I went with that. I got 30x damage with shrouded gloves and one dagger, I like Mehrune's Razor and Blade of Woe. Also with 100 sneak and all perks, you can perform the 30x crit when ever you want by just ducking in front of an enemy and clicking. Very imbalanced. Great fun though!

Here are some screens I just took with some new custom shaders I got. Ultra settings, everything maxed.
