Yes, this is the thing we have all been waiting for - another TWHL tournament!

This time the game will be Counter-Strike: Global Offensive so submit any maps that you would like to play and are also fun for 10-12 people. Maps from the Vault are preferred, but GB is ok too.

Like last time the tournament is ticket based, but this time scoring is going to be STEAM ID bound so name changes are allowed. I can be persuaded in adding more scoring options i.e. extra tickets for knife kills, bomb plants/defuses. Minus tickets for AWP :) ?

I am proposing the same rotation like last time - 30 mins for each map, suggestions ?

Preliminary date of tourney: 13th of March. 20:00 GMT (Yankies convert time accordingly)

Who wants to pitch in for the prizes ?
Im probably going to keep out this time since a server will cost me more than for gsrc, but we will see.

Counter Strike is pretty low on my list of enjoyable games, but I love the tournaments for the banter alone.

I was REALLY good at CSGO the first time I played it. Then I quit for a few months, and absolutely sucked, and still do.

But still, I'm all for it.

Also, since I get home around 8-9pm most days, I will probably end up being late for this one. I'll certainly do my best to show up at some point though.

Could we change it to the 14th of March? I feel like a Saturday would be a lot more convenient for us yanks, and I wouldn't be able to make it otherwise because of my drama club which keeps me after school 3-4 hours.

CSSTOP kinda works for me.

I'm still using a GTX 285, and as I'm sure you guys have heard, there's a long standing issue with GeForce 2xx and 3xx series cards and the Source engine. Between them being legacy cards at this point and neither nVidia or Valve saying 'it's on our end', I doubt it'll ever get fixed.

I can only play for [insert random time interval] before my driver crashes, and I have to:

[if windowed = yes] restart the game.

[if windowed = no] force restart my comp.

I think it was the official SnC Teamspeak server.

Striker, Saturday is better. Think people in the US might still be at work on a friday at that time.
