Just wondering if someone still accept these, I once submited a Tutorial and it wasnt accepted. Havent got any Message or Information. Anyway
if it doesnt work anymore, I uploaded my latest Tutorial to other sides also

We're going to be changing the way that tutorials are added to the site in a few months, you'll be able to add it yourself without needing any approval once that happens.
