Hey I keep getting these "virtual memory minimum too low" messages when I am comiling my maps. So I went into the options and changed it from 192 - 345 or something to 300-700. Just wondering if that wasa smart thing to do or if it even really matters.

Doesn't really matter. It's usually recommended to be 2.5x your RAM, so if you've got 256MB o' RAM then 640 sounds reasonable.
I'd set the minimum and maximum values to the same. A) means that your free disk space doesn't keep changing and B) probably quicker.

Seventh is right. i remember that i set virt. memory for 10000 min and max once and i wasn't a good idea 
good that windows returned previus settings :zonked:any way 800-800 or 1000-1000 works good for me (better than 300-800)

Well I have 2gig, so for me that would be like 6gb. I would set it around 1 or 2 gig.
