I've always wondered how this could be done if at all in HL. I'd like to have permanent health and armor upgrades scattered around my modification adding up to +100 for both health and armor (making each max out at 200) if you get every single one of them throughout the mod. As for how much each pickup gives the player that's still up in the air, but I'm curious as to how to go about doing something like this; storing it in a save file and all that jazz.
