The voice of G-Man does not move when I make a mod. What are the sound settings of G-Man?
I record at 22050 Mhz in 4 Bit depth Microsoft ADPCM format. How should I do?

You should use 11025 Hz; 8-bit unsigned PCM.

Edit: oops, never mind. I didn't see that this is Source.

half-life 2 uses faceposer lipsyncing you might need to create a scene, scripted_sentences are considered obsolete and i think only mouthless models like metropolice use them

Lipsync data is stored in the wave file itself. You'll have to generate it with Faceposer, though I think the process is a bit complicated nowadays to due to missing APIs and the automatic phoneme generation usually needs some touching up anyway.
