Is there a way to make the glass see threw and breakable?
I tried... I put:
Class: Breakable

Attributes:
Streangth:12
Material Type:Glass
Gibs Direction:Relative to Attack
Render Mode:Solid
FX Amount:200

Flags:
Inastant Crow Bar

That is all the stuff i changed is there something els i should do or undo?

You could do:

Render Mode: color
FX Amount: (depending on how transparent you want it... 0=completely transparent, 255=solid)
that works.
but is there a problem w/ what your doing?

maybe 200 is too much. I always put 100.
