Is there a way to make the animation of one model freeze on a certain frame, or just the first frame? I want Barney to sit still on his sit1 anim in my tram map, it doesnt matter that he isnt breathing, the player is far enough away.

I don't think so, judging by the presence of special animations for frozen people in the models like "pause" in barney.

I would, but hes supposed to be sitting at a tram station on the bench...oh well, time to break out Milkshape and make a new model.
