It says sumthin about the shout.php is messed up. (in my words, :P ) I just need to know how to set that up and i will be all set. I will be thankful for anyoneone who helps me, perferably with someone that has worked with txtbox's shout box. Thnx! :D

Read the readme.

Make sure you chmod the right files to 777 (via ftp or somehting)

And MANGLE!

you can remove a lot from the code atom gives in the readme to fix and mangle a lot.

i have my comments setup on hlcore: http://www.hlcore.uni.cc with the shoutboxes - just experement and don't change anything in the php files

I made my site in notepad. It sucks atm, but I am rebuilding it from scratch currently. As for shoutbox, you need a host other than freewebs. WebHostFreaks have php hosting for minimum $6 per month. I use WebHostFreaks Gold service which is the second best one. You cant just make a template though, you gotta make a proper site. There are tools for this though so thats ok. For shoutbox, download it from txtshout website and upload it with ftp and chmod the shouts.txt to 777 (use a tool like CuteFTP for this if you don't understand).

If you find a freewebhost that allows FTP uploads then no.

You can; get a host from www.clickherefree.com and be careful to specify you need PHP.
