hehe as the title said anyone wanu train me??
I am pretty new and want to learn so i can host a few mods etc....

I'm not gonna train you but here is some tips:
Read tutorials, experiment.... don't ask stupid questions, search the forums before you ask a question, google before you ask stupid questions, don't bug people asking them to make you a good mapper

Thats all I can think of for the moment, I might add more later if i can think of any....

work throught the tutorials

go to the begining tutorials on the side!

lol (for doodle) You want to become a trained monkey? No one can learn for you, and if you look for anyone to show you how to map, than many of peoples have already shown you how to, in tutorials. Check here if you wan't to be a GOOD mapper I'm using here all the time

whoever anonymous was.....teaching someone how to map is nothing like teaching a new launguage....i am curently teaching four people with know mapping skill whatsoever. One of them made his first map the best noob map i have ever seen....EVER......but, BUT, I have constant contact with them......as for this doodle, use the tutorial section.....thats the best you can do

Just read lots of tutorials, especially the In The Beginning ones on this site. Then it's all down to practise.

you can't get training to be a good mapper from someone. You have to learn yourself. that's how everybody here did it. you can go look at the tutorials

the tutorials ARE training.

it's kind of like bootcamp.

you start out as a recruit (noobie mapper)
and then train hard, (read tutorials)
and you become a soldier (experienced mapper)
