1. game_text, triggered by a trigger_auto.
2. bots? You can't.
Anyway, you want a game_text for the message itself.

Maybe if you place a trigger_multiple somewhere in your map with a reasonably large reset time, that triggers the game_text. Bot's will trigger it if they pass through
