ive tried makeing a car on valve hammer but it dosn't seem to work so if you Know how tell me soon its for another level im making for the internet.

Drivable cars are only available in cs afaik, search google for tutorials on them.

Yes and no.
If you're using pure Half-Life then no, you would need to code. However, some talented mappers have created some drivable vehicles in Spirit of Half-Life (http://spirit.valve-erc.com/) if you're really desperate.
I wouldn't really suggest using drivable vehicles as they don't really do that good a job. The ones in CS are particularly buggy.
