Are there special websites that do this for free? Or is thre sumthin you can do for any web host? I want to host some listen servers.

Ah, I see. Well, first off, all that a server is is a normal computer. Then whoever owns it sticks special software on it to serve particular files. Free webservers are for hosting websites. They often have FTP, etc.
You will have to pay for a dedicated server unless you can find the book-a-server free service that was around awhile ago on some HL site.
