Steam updated again today and now none of my custom w_models, p_models or custom sounds work anymore. if anyone has any info on how to fix this please do tell because I'm really annoyed now. Steam took away WON and now they are taking away customization.

Goddamn steam. I cant offer a solution, since I've had no reason to update steam (what with not using it and all). I can, however help you beat it to death, Worldcraft Dude, if you so wish.

Can you be alittle more descriptive than "doesnt work"?

Basically, Steam is sh*t and do not be suprised if it bollockses up.

Can can someone explor the sounds and models folder of the cs GFC for me please? As for mephs, I can't help it, Steam is just so wondeful that it updates on its own. And as for yet another rsponse to Zombie, wow don't you read posts? My custom w_models and sounds don't work anymore. They are all the default now What more can I say?

Why can't I just check for myself?
I can't use GFC scape because it requires that special program. But the name sounds familiar and I hink I might already have a ersion of it on m computer and I am afraid to overwrite it with the downloaded version.

If your version works, why overwrite it, and if your version doesn't work, why not overwrite it?

Nor does it give me problems.

GCFscape requires a .net framework update, just download it from the same page as GCFScape.

Do any of you use custom models or sounds? If so, thats why you're not getting any problems.
