Hey all is there a way that u can make a door that only opens when u hit a button and it shows like a lock turning. thanks

umm, for cs or hl? if for cs, i don't think so, but maybe, if for hl, check around on the tutorials, try and put together some ideas using multiple tutorials, i bet i could find some if i looked for a while

honestly, i think you'd be better off waiting for cs: source before you make this map of yours

theres is a prefab on http://www.planethalflife.com/prefablab/ its called v-door but it has glitches in it like after rounds done and restarts the switches can be backwards

how about a door, that is trigger only (flags),that has as it's trigger a button, and just set up some func_rotating's on a non-moving area near teh door.

look at the entrance to HalfLife, when barney opens teh door for you, this is a good example of what you need.

and seriously, source isn't the answer to all our problems, it's just going to opena whole new can of worms, ie: noobs getting totally lost in teh sheer amount of new stuff you can do.
