It doesn't freeze, habboi you noob. Hammer's compiling window is crap so it doesn't display progress. Just wait for the compiler to finish you lamer. And use good grammer and spelling! FFS!

Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger Badger MUSHROOM! MUSHROOM!

You should get a batch compiler, if you don't have one.

also, it might be that it doesn't freeze, but is taking a heck of a long time to compile. This is shown many times in WC's built in compiler. It is never good for you, unless you are just testing entites or something... since it might be quicker then.

Hammer is not dying. Its fine, but of course, you can count on Steam to screw up...

Are you using Zoner's tools by the way?

Batch Compile is a program that lets you compile outside of hammer. It's very useful and easy to change parameters and stuff.

I'd recommend downloading the old version of Nem's Batch Compiler. It's served me well and doesn't need anything extra to run.

The new one is great though. It's.. new .. and improved, better run programs, supports more sh*t, and has more parameters to run, same interface, and just as easy to use.

But yeah, I'd reccomend the old one too.
