That's because it dosent exist in the armoury. Ill post an example in the example maps.

ok i did as u said,and i found the game_player_equip but is this only for pistols or can u do it for all weapons and even kevlar?

yes it is.
in the cs fgd.
and for kevlar, try hitting off smartedit, then add your own lines
for example:
item_assaultsuit(full kevlar :P) value 1
weapon_deagle value 1
item_he(dont know that) value 1
weapon_usp value 1
etc etc etc etc
