This is my first time making a map, and it appears I have Hammer configured correctly except for one problem...My map will compile with no errors, and it will even load up counterstrike in steam, but as the map finishes loading it closes with an error: "Lightmap texture for AAAtrigger to large" something something limit is 324." All i made was a basic map, 2 spawn points, 2 buyzones, a light, and the whole thing is in a square room. I never touched anything that had to do with "AAA trigger". What do i do? It's drving me crazy!!! :P

But I dont think i even used any textures at all! I never placed anything on my walls..it's supposed to be a first basic map, with nothing in it, do the walls automatically come textured with whatever the texture is set at? Because i know the texture that is on my right hand side is AAA trigger, but i never chose to use it.. Sorry i'm new at this i hope i'm making sense... my AIM name is Warrior14c if anybody can explain it to me i'm still a little confused

Yes.

Read the tutorials. You shouldn't texture world brushes with AAATRIGGER, and you cannot have untextured faces.
