Can I make 2 difrent maps and something like a dor to lead me from a map to another??

btw, you cant have level changes in a multiplayer game.

make your two areas and connect them with a trigger_teleport...

I got it , IT'S NOT POSSIBLE , actualy my question was:
can I make a trigger_teleport from 1 map to 2 one

Make a teleport and let it go to a room that looks like the other map. Then a changelevel_brush covering the area where you appear.
