i have a basic hallway. its facing north if you will. i made a copy of it by holding down shift. is there a way that i can rotate this copy so its facing east or west. :)

Ctrl - M, then rotate along Z accordingly. Make sure to hit Alt-P after these transform operations to fix any invalid solid brushes that may have occured, if the couch is made of brushes.

You can also click on the brush untill you get 4 white dots in the corners of the brush! Then click AND hold on 1 of the dot and rotate

remember to hold shift while you rotate.

Only hold shift if your rotating it pretty much! Cuz when you hold shift and rotate it "jumps" pretty much, the good thing with holding shift is that it dont mess the placement of the brush! But that's easily fixed ;)
