You mail the tut to a Moderator and if it is good enough/easy to follow then it might get accepted and uploaded to the site.

what kind of tut did you have in mind?
TWHL's tutoroals cover the most IMHO

And you can't spell, you don't use proper grammer, you don't punctuate sometimes, you don't capitalize, you replace ? with I - don't even try.

ZombieLoffe just shut up,you dont help me ! :x GET IT! I told you several times!MY ENGLISH IS NOT PERFECT!but I have someth?ng you should know.. I have the best English in my school..so you dont wanna see the worst one ..he spells the word ''Is'' as ''bees''

It makes no difference what your language is:

the point is in the ideas of your tutorial.

If you need help, Ask, and you will get it.

Don't be discouraged by the language if you've got something good to say.

Might be an idea to use the "Contact Us" bar at the bottom of this page to email me a rough idea of what you want to do...

I am not worried by the way you post questions, they make perfect sense to me...
It is some of our other regulars I have trouble understanding :-)
