Is there a way to spawn an entitie, brush based entitie, or prefab just like an npc_maker?

I can't just put the entitie in the model name.
When I save a prefab, it makes a map and puts the prefab in it, just like the examples that come with the SDK.

I meant when creating ab-normal things, I know the basics of mapping and some more.
It is hard to get used to the new hammer when all I used before was worldcraft 2.0.

That's a pretty feeble excuse.
