I check the 'remember me?' box when logging in, but it does nothing. I log out and back in and it does not remember me.

You use Internet Exploder and probably have Cookies disabled. Get a real browser noob. And stop making 100 topics in a row. Put em in one goddamn thread.

Remember me is supposed to log you in automatically when you revisit the site, as long as you were logged in when you left.
So the moment you click "logout", you will be forgotten.
