I noticed when playing HL2 Substance i saw hundreds of birds in the distance flying in flocks but on closer inspection i saw that they were black dots that moved around in the air.
I was wondering if people new what the texture was called and i would decompile it but i was wondering if you guys knew.

Those are actually the droid thingys (forget the names) being deployed from the Citadel. If you dont know what im talking about, after Barney says the city is on high alert, look at the Citadel.
Im not sure how to make it, though. Its probalby a brush.

No i can see what you mean but they were defitnately birds because of the way they moved and they were not chunky!

The texture is sprites/scanner_dots1 or sprites/scanner_dots2.

Hmmmm ultra strange as where i live, birds fly in flocks like that and i would'nt expect hundreds of scanners to fly around together in some gang!
