I have and old PowerPc with no Hard Disk Drive or CD-ROM. It has like 32 MB
of DRAM and a network adaptor. Its there anything i can do with. like boot linux of a floppy of something like that?

that computer is as old as me!!!!!!!!!
the only thing that computer is fo is Target practice when you run out of targets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my dad has a Apple IIGS in our basement with a massive external hard drive and 2 giant floppy drives. still works too. but the hard drive needs to be reformatted.

No HDD = PC that's used for scrap metal and spare parts.

But seriously, i have a floppy drive that's been in the elements for over 2 years, its old as hell, and still works without a hitch.

I think you could probably boot a wee NIX distro of some description on it, I don't know though. Don't like Macs.

www.freebsd.org - Get a small HDD in that Mac and download the PowerPC port. Although, you may also need a CD drive...

It should be fairly easy to find some old Mac external CD-ROM drive at some old computer parts place, though.

most older macs are set up so that the motherboard fits into a slot. you can easily remover the entire board and install a newer one. as a matter of fact i think theres a site that makes custom G4 and G5 motherboards to upgrade older macs. good luck on finding it if it exists.
