The OCIW that wasn't used in HL2, I have a theory that it was supposed to be the OCIW but was replaced later by the OSIPR(pulse rifle, for the people who don't know). Also, look at the arms, ugh, looks like an arm from the Half Life era, I'm glad the upgraded the models for the release:

A lot of stuff was cut when the source was leaked. From what I've heard, some of the stuff in the "beta" was better than the final product.

Ok, the first pic is obviosly a PS chop-job, a two-year-old could do it. The second pic, well, those zombies look to Doom3ish, and nobody wants that.

I dont regret any of those things not making it to the final game. In fact, I only remembered those things when I rewatched some videos and the beta screenshots a month after playing the game. But as I said before, maybe the hydra will show up in the future expansion
