Hello,
On this last map I've been working on, the compiling just freezes when it starts forming hull 1. Any idea's why? It doesn't show on the log, but it does start hlbsp and freeze on Hull 1.

did you make sure the compile tools are set up right?
Did you give it any time to work?
Do you have a really messed up level?
Is your computer really crapy?

My computer is more than sufficient and everything is set up correctly. That step should take approximately a tenth of a second to complete. I gave up a few minutes later. Is there any common reason for this error to occur though?

Very strange. Try setting the log detail to -spam or something (see zhlt.info).

Hm, I don't see any command parameters to make the log more detailed. I just upgraded to 3.2.1 ZHLT and it still does the same thing.

Ok I fixed it. I made a lucky guess and got rid of a part of the map. Thanks for the help

Hmm.. I had this thing with one of my maps too - i switched to an older version of the compile tools and it fixed the problem.
