i see alot of posts about all these 9/11 conspiracies. but maybe u should look at some of the facts. the information here come from hundreds of different sources so dont just pass it off as propaganda or something.

But its treu, if they would need to scramble for everyplane that lost communications then they wouldnt even need to land. i mena whne you lose communications wiht ground in a airplane you got over the airport flashing landing lights/ nav lights so the tower knows you have no communications and you intend to land. then they can clear a runway for you.

The article explains a lot of things that I didnt even know were questioned. It's obvious that commercial planes crashed on the WTC, who doubted that??

But the part where they talk about the Pentagon...

FACT: Some windows near the impact area did indeed survive the crash. But that's what the windows were supposed to do--they're blast-resistant.

Indeed, the pentagon had blast resistance windows. they tested them on a special range, they put a fosforsulfaatbomb(dont know the english word) behind the window of a few kilo's. the window stayed intact.

And yes, you can hold a tail section on your hand, there not 5 by 5 metres. he probably held a piece of the rudder ore elevator whom got balsted of the plane wiht impact.

And the blackbox could have been located in the tail section, that can differ with each plane.

I absolutely agree that it's possible to hold the tail section and find the black box, but it's not the kind of FACT I was expecting them to present against all those conspiracy claims out there... It seems like a very weak argument, I dont know...
And of course, there are very few if any references to other theories like the recovery of DNA samples from almost everyone, the FACT that a plane's nose usually breaks or melts after breaking through the first thick "resistent" wall, the fact that the debris are isolated and have no trace of explosion burns...
They sould talk about all that too, so we finally see those theories are just fantasy.

a lot of what they show in there is actually valid. like it proves that it couldnt have been a missle that hit the pentagon. missles are designed to penetrate the target and explode inside. most of the damage was done to the outside of the building. and missles explode quickly and dont leave any burning fuel behind. and due to the way the pentagon was damaged it also rules out the use of internal explosives. the building was struck from the outside. and if it were a missle the damage would be near to the center of the rings. most of the damage was on the outermost ring on the outside. so that evidence proves that it was hit by a large plane.

I dont understand what you mean here... The "hypothetical" missile wasnt supposed to strike from the air, but from much closer to the building and at ground level. Thus the succesive holes inside the building that are not likely created by the impact of an airplane

missles make small entry holes. the one on the pentagon was 75ft wide and narrowed to 12. as the missle entered the building it would have then exploded making the last hole the biggest one - quite the opposite of what happened. the holes got smaller as parts of the fuselage were torn off until all u had left was the landing gear, which punched through the final section of the wall. only planes do that kind of damage.

My biggest beef with America is the lack of health care for the poor. They could readily afford it, though, god forbid, their countries income would fall behind china. Maybe with NHS the reds WOULD be "number one". Think about it, CONSCRIPTION!

First of all, no, I'm not dead (yet); second of all, don't get me started on Popular Mechanics magazine! I've sent loads of comments to their Webmaster asking them to explain why the guy who wrote this propagandistic 'hit-piece' (Benjamin Chertoff) was related to Michael Chertoff, a former Assistant Attorney General and the new Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). So far no viewers comments have been published on their site or in any of their material. In fact, hundreds of people's comments haven?t been published. It just shows that the 'Hard Facts' can't live up to the 'Conspiracy Theories'.

I even dared to say to these buffoons that they ought to stick to fixing car engines and such because their analysis of the '9/11 conspiracy theories' was completely devoid of all the factual detail submitted by many top officials, fire-fighters, and other insiders which proves without doubt that the Bush Administration was actively involved in the incident even prior to September 11th.

An egregious example of dictatorial-style nepotism occurred when George W. Bush won the White House? Twice? Thanks to the key "swing state" of Florida, where the presidential candidate's younger brother is governor. In 2000 and 2004, against all odds, Florida swung decisively, the Bush way.

With high federal offices being given to the wives, sons and daughters of senior members of the Bush administration, the Hearst Corporation executives that publish Popular Mechanics magazine probably didn't worry about the ethical considerations of hiring a cousin of Michael Chertoff, a former Assistant Attorney General and the new Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), as senior researcher.

But the March 2005 issue of Popular Mechanics (PM) plumbs new depths of nepotism and Hearst-style "yellow journalism" with its cover story about 9/11. PM's senior researcher, 25-year-old Benjamin Chertoff, authored a propagandistic cover story entitled "Debunking 9/11 Lies" which seeks to discredit all independent 9/11 research that challenges the official version of events.

"Conspiracy theories can't stand up to the hard facts," the cover reads. "After an in-depth investigation, PM answers with the truth," it says. But the article fails to provide evidence to support its claims and doesn't answer the key question: What caused the collapses of the twin towers and the 47-story World Trade Center 7?

The Chertoff article goes on to confront the "poisonous claims" of 16 "myths" spun by "extremist" 9/11 researchers like myself with "irrefutable facts," mostly provided by individuals in the employ of the U.S. government.

But who is Benjamin Chertoff, the "senior researcher" at Popular Mechanics who is behind the article? American Free Press has learned that he is none other than a cousin of Michael Chertoff, the new Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.

This means that Hearst paid Benjamin Chertoff to write an article supporting the seriously flawed explanation that is based on a practically non-existent investigation of the terror event that directly led to the creation of the massive national security department his "cousin" now heads. This is exactly the kind of "journalism" one would expect to find in a dictatorship like that of Saddam Hussein's Iraq.

Because the manager of public relations for Popular Mechanics didn't respond to repeated calls from American Free Press, I called Benjamin Chertoff, the magazine's "senior researcher," directly.

Chertoff said he was the "senior researcher" of the piece. When asked if he was related to Michael Chertoff, he said, "I don't know." Clearly uncomfortable about discussing the matter further, he told me that all questions about the article should be put to the publicist? The one who never answers the phone.

Benjamin's mother in Pelham, New York, however, was more willing to talk. Asked if Benjamin was related to the new Secretary of Homeland Security, Judy said, "Yes, of course, he is a cousin."

When Benjamin Chertoff was asked by Alex Jones about why he didn't mention any of the smoking gun incidents and bizarre occurrences such as Operation Northwood?s (the simulated terror attack on the WTC building prior to 9/11) and the engineers told to 'shut their mouths' after discovering the black box in the WTC building wreckage (which by the way should have been the most pivotal point in any investigation of an aeroplane involved disaster but was somehow avoided), they didn?t mention the fact that WTC building 7 was deliberately 'pulled' (detonated) because it was essentially the command centre of the entire 9/11 operation, they didn?t mention the fact that Osama Bin Laden has direct connections with the Bush family and the Saudi Royals through the Carlyle Oil Group, they didn?t mention the fact that al Qaeda were trained and funded in America and that the Pakistani ISI (founded by the CIA) also aided al CIAeada, they DID mention NORAD but failed to realise that it is official policy to intercept any unauthorised aircraft in restricted airspace given the fact that an hour after the WTC buildings were struck the Pentagon was struck. (The planes had literally been flying all over the place during the course of the day but not one fighter jet intercepted.)

It's truly bizarre, and unfortunately there are some people who take advantage of it and create ridiculous 'no plane' theories or 'drone' theories that are just not provable. This type of behaviour, whether deliberate or not, hinders any investigative progress that could eventually be made when such unanswered questions and reasonable evidence are presented in a public court hearing. For the sake of the victims of the incident, many of whom are part of the 9/11 truth movement, I think justice should be served and I think questions should be answered.

evedently, that was part of the landing gear section that punched through there. naturally it is the strongest part of the plane since it has to carry all the weight. so most likely it would have surived somewhat intact long enough to push through the last wall there.

it not just the wheel part of it. its the whole landing gear assembly which has things like hydraulic pumps, motors, gears, and it takes a lot of metal to anchor that to the body of the plane. so the wheels are "just the tip of the iceberg"

and if u look closely theres a big chunk of metal in that pic but its kinda buried by the debree.

A smaller plane (that some witnesses claim to have seen). A military jet of some sort with the capability to fly low and strike in that angle, and leaving a tiny fraction of debris compared to what you would get from a 757. Not a missile or a bomb.
