Hey i was just compiling a basic map before i got into details on it just so i knew it would work, i have gotten a few errors, if you can help me, please post or add my msn. here is the log:

Either something's screwed with your configuration settings, or you've given your map a dodgy file name.

This confuses me: you've given your map the name "chriscougle@hotmail.map"? If so, change it. If not, I'd take a look at your settings, they're probably wrong. Also, Google for a download ZHLT, which replaces the old Quake tools.

Definitely replace the Q-tools with ZHLT, which you can find on our links page.

As for the other part, I suggest you read the last part of our Steam tutorial.

yea i added the zhlt and fixed the configs, and im still getting errors
