I am looking for some new HL single player mods to play but i am having some trouble in finding the best ones. I have already played a whole bunch of them:

Oops, I forgot about ETC and ETC 2. I've played them both and I thought they were VERY good. Sorry about not listing them. I'll check out that site now!

I recommend these Japanese mods. They have some minor Anime here and there in some maps. Also, the mods are in English language.

I've been playing some foreign mods lately (Half-Life: Emergency and Force of Evil), but I can't understand a darn thing since they're written in different languages (Russian and Czech respectively). They look like good mods, but they make me go "WTF?" a bit too often.
Anyway, you should try RandMap. This thing generates random maps for you so you don't have to go searching for mods all the time.
As for SHL, has anyone figured out who that anime chick is?

I'd only use RandMap if you're really desperate. All it does is generate blocky maps with misaligned textures and a bunch of errors. There are plenty of good mods out there already, you shouldn't have to resort to playing crap like that for FUN.
