When I cut and copy the whole corridor to a smaller map (test room) I dont have this bug. What could cause this ?

I assume you're talking about the apparent lack of a ceiling?
Looks like the engine is ignoring the brushes to me... press Alt+p and look at the compile log for error messages.
If all else fails, upload it to the map vault under problem maps.

nothing shows up in problems, compile log reports 2 "Leaf portals saw into leaf" but neither of them is anywhere near this ceiling. I've remade it twice. I'll try a fix I have in mind, if that wont help I'll upload it.

It doesn't matter where they are. I made a map yesterday which had quite a few leaks, and this caused it to ignore some of the walls near the starting point. I managed to fix it later, but at the cost of sacrificing my map to an Allocblock:Full. Hopefully you won't get that.

fixed it by making that roof part a func_wall
