i am trying to make a lorry in my map, and i have found some pictures of a lorry on the internet,
how do i know how to make them divisible by 8 ???

please reply quick :)

??? What ??? If you want to make textures, use a imaging program like photoshop, paint shop pro or some other package. To make a wad file, use wally!

i didnt understand that tutorial though :S so i came here, and i dont have paint shop pro :S i have all default paint programs :P...

what do i use then ?

bl, it means that all texture sizes must be divisible by 8. funny though, as i thought it was 16

You aren't going to get very far using Paint. I highly recommend getting the Paint Shop Pro trial. If not, do you have Microsoft Photo Editor? Comes with Office.

Use a program like IrfranView to resize the texture so that it is divisible by 16 as most have already said....

16x16,32x32,32x64...128x128, 128x64... get the idea?

You have to resize the texture.

lol i dont understand, but i found on paint that i can make good textures :) ( i got pics from the net and made it i opend them on paint...) and down bottom right has the size :)
so np all :) but where i get paint shop pro trail ??
