Tommy14 is your friend.

Basically the brushwork is too complex in the area your log is telling you about. Check out the brushes near the coordinates. Try func_walling some, using a hint brush

http://twhl.co.za/tutorial.php?id=71

Or try compiling on -full.

Sometimes too the brush(s) at the coordinates mentioned has nothing to do with where the problem actually is. A singe bad solid can cause other perfectly good geometry to yield various compile errors and disappearing faces.

Sometimes there is nothing wrong with the brush at all and simply deleting it, compiling, and undeleting the object will eliminate the error.

If you have a whole area of complicated stuff, try cutting the whole section out and save to clipboard/another map/prefab, compile and then paste the section back in and recompile. If you still get the error than you have to keep hunting ; )

Like Tetsu0 said, compiling with fast VIS will cause of bunch of these too, and they'll disappear when you run normal VIS.

Sorry if this is too wordy, hope it makes sense! = )

We just discussed causes and fixes for this this error, here:

http://twhl.co.za/forums.php?pgt=1&action=viewthread&id=14831&pg=1

And one more thing about "leaf saw" errors that I just encountered. Sometimes rotating groups of complicated objects that have no problems whatsoever will create loads of these. (whether you ctrl-m, shift-rotate, or just plain rotate)

If someone knows how to fix this, please let me know!

edit: Found running the -full switch eliminated all the "leaf-saw" errors caused by rotating the multiple complex objects! Tetsu0 mentioned it here or the other "leaf-saw" error thread so thanks to him!
